Week 08 marks the final week of regular season play in the 2nd Annual Vancouver Basketball Pro-Am. With just one game left, playoff spots are far from set, and the results from tonight could have drastic impact on the final regular season standings.

Royals vs Vikes

The Royals and Vikes are both on the outside looking in at the playoffs. A strong performance from either team would put the pressure on the other teams to perform well in their games or lose their playoff spot.

Academy vs Team XV

After a very strong start to the season Team XV has slid down the power rankings to 5th place, whereas Academy has done the opposite climbing into playoff contention in the last few weeks. A win for either team would be huge for the their playoff chances.

Thunderbirds vs Blues

Riding the coattails of Week 07 Player of the Week, Denver Sparks-Guest, the Blues will look for their second win against the Thunderbirds. The Thunderbirds have remained dominant throughout the season but suffered a forfeit in Week 07.

Falcons vs West Coast

In what could be a Vancouver Basketball Pro-Am semi-final match-up, the Falcons and West Coast will meet in what will surely be a great team as only recently have the Falcons fallen down the standings.

Next week, the Top-4 Teams will play their semi-finals + Championship game starting at 7:00pm on Monday September 17th at The Richmond Olympic Oval.
