Week 01 Player Feature: Josiah Mastandrea (Royals)

Josiah started playing basketball in the 8th Grade, relatively late in today’s age. Josiah Mastandrea just finished his Freshman season with the Douglas College Royals, where the team came second at the CCAA Nationals and he averaged 15 minutes and 9 points a game.

Josiah stated that “playing in the Vancouver Pro-Am is important because playing/training with high level players and competition has improved my game in so many ways - and I still have a lot of basketball to go”

In Week 02 Josiah is looking forward to the new match-up and hoping to help the Royals get their first win. The Royals play Team XV tipping off at 7:00pm at the Richmond Oval on Monday July 30th.
